Shipping Destinations, Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom and its Crown Dependencies. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your delivery zone.

Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (15:00) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UK Mainland (Domestic)

• Shipping Rate: FREE (£0.00)

• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days

UK Zone 2 (Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, and offshore regions)

• Shipping Rate: £18.00 (Standard Shipping)

• Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

Excluded Locations: We currently do not offer international shipping. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man, we will be unable to process your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, transit delays can occasionally happen due to weather or carrier issues. If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@nj-commerce.co.uk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
